As an essay, this intimate documentary explores the formation of emotional bonds within human groups that use music for non-verbal expression. Featuring material recorded over two decades in various formats and locations, the short film reappropriates the documentary archives of tours by various Mexican rock bands. It seeks to reflect on the feelings and emotions that create bonds and identity traits from the margins, through the chronological and geographical disarticulation of memory. The guide for this exploration is the ideas of the Arab historian Ibn Khaldun about survival and contrasts between nomadic and sedentary societies during the Middle Ages.
