María Arnal

Trained in the fields of translation, anthropology and music, she based her early work on field recordings of digitized sound archives. She shared her principal artistic project with Marcel Bagés, with whom she also released the EP Verbena (2016) - Premi Ciutat de Barcelona - and her debut album 45 cerebros y 1 corazón (2017), for which she has received around a dozen accolades, including four Independent Music MIN Awards. The tour to launch her album included 160 concerts in some 12 countries.
